Contact form for blogger-blogspot

Today I will show you a new website that offers a free contact form for any blog or website. The site name is 123 Contact Form. Before starting you have to say that the site offers free version: - possibility to create five different forms - 10 fields per form - 100 messages received per month for all 5 forms - together with the form will be a link back to site 123 Contact Form.


If you agree options on the site makes available, here is how you can create a simple form for your blog blog: 
1. At first you must create an account on this site. One can do by clicking here .

2. After you create your account, you will be taken to a page where you can select the type of form you want. Click on the link "Contact form"

3. Give a name and contact form click OK. 

4. You will be taken to the page creation form. By default, you have already added three fields: Name, Email and Message. To edit a field you should click on it to select it. On the left you can edit the field name, length text box and you can be required by ticking the box "Required". You can also write and instructions for that field. They will appear in the title field. You can add more fields by clicking on ADD FIELD. From the options choose what field you want, drag it to the form and let go. To delete a field you should click on it and the right to select the icon X (delete).

5. After you are satisfied with your new form click on the "Continue".

6. You will be taken to the setting page of the form. Check the box next to email and choose what kind of confirmation to appear after the message has been sent by you.

a. Show text - if you choose this option, after the message has been sent , will show you the text that you specify. 

b . Redirect to a web page - if you choose this option, after the message was sent, the visitor will be redirected to a page on the blog where you will specify. This Page may be a newly created and where to write something like: "Thank you for mesj. An administrator will contact you as soon as possible" 

c . Show The above text, THEN go to The above web page - if you choose this option, after message has been sent to the message written by you to variant (a) and then will be redirecting to the page you specified in paragraph (b) 

Any option you choose be sure to save. 

7. After making these settings and it's time to move on. Click on "Continue" button. 

In page "Publish Form" code appears to be to put it on the blog. Choose from left Blogger version and copy javascript code.

8. Come on bloggers and create a new static page. Give the title of Contact '(or whatever you want) and edit mode copy editor html code contact form.
